I just want to share my condolences to the Dawkins Family. She was a wonderful person. I first became acquainted with Louise in 1979 after I began working with US Army Corps of Engineers. Louise was the one who convinced me to utilize my Architectural skills outside of the federal government, when she asked me to design a house for her. This was done during the days when hand drawing was the only way to produce construction drawings. I finished the plans. But it was a few years later before the house was built. Years later (when CAD became the norm) I did more house plans. I still have the original copies of the house plans I did for Louise. To this day I thank her for seeing the gifts and talents I had and convincing me to provide this Architectural service to others. Rest in Peace Louise. Thank you for being the person that you were
